Shipping Policies
Credit card orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt. Items paid
for by personal check are shipped on receipt of the check. Checks or correspondence
can be mailed to:

Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your item.
Special Orders
It may be possible to Special Order an item that we do not normally carry.
Please contact us via our email contact form, or by phone at 817-249-8488. Special
Orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare instance when we don't have your item in stock, it may already
be on the way to our warehouse! Should we not have enough of an item on hand
to fully fill your order, you will be informed by email. In general, expect
any items that are out of stock to arrive here within 7 to 30 days. We will
contact you if we believe an item will take longer than 30 days to arrive, or
if 30 days has elapsed and we have not yet received the item.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are ever unsatisfied with our
services or our products, please contact us at knittykat@sbcglobal.net
so that we may have the opportunity to make you happy. If we cannot solve the
problem, we will refund your money, 100% including shipping charges.
